Policy Changes
Due to policy changes implemented by our suppliers it has been necessary to review the way we handle returns at Agriplus Ltd.
Since 10th September 2018 all faulty or incorrect goods must be returned to us within seven working days.
Any goods arriving with us after this time will not be classed as returns and thus remain charged accordingly.
Returns
All goods for return must be returned to Agriplus Ltd within the specified time of seven working days. Goods must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.
Any items that appear to have been used will not be accepted for return.
Additionally, bearings and seals once applied are then deemed as ‘fitted’ and an incorrect item once fitted cannot be returned.
Charges
All items returned will carry a minimum 20% handling charge. The carriage charge will also apply to the customer.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this change to our policy.
