Vicon Sprayers

The Vicon sprayers range provides you with a choice of three mounted sprayers and three trailed sprayers giving you plenty of choice to suit all your spraying needs.

The Vicon iXter mounted sprayer range consists of:

Vicon iXter A Mounted Sprayer: With tank volumes of 800, 1000 and 1200 litres, there are two different boom types available being the HOSA (12 and 15 metres) and HC (18, 20 and 21 metres)
Vicon iXter B Mounted Sprayer: With tank volumes from 1000, 1300, 1600 and 1800 litres, there are tow different boom types (HC and HOSA) with widths from 15 to 30 metres.
Vicon iXtra Front Tank: With a volume of 1100 litres, when combined with a iXter mounted sprayer this can provide a total spray volume of around 3000 litres.

HC booms are steel vertical folding booms and is a multi-talented spray boom range. The triangular steel construction allows high speed even in very difficult conditions. HOSA booms are ‘Z’ folding aluminium booms and is a unique boom having an advanced Z-folding principle: the lateral movement enables you to quickly reduce boom width and pass obstacles in the field. The aluminium profile is designed for maximum resistance.

The Vicon iXtrack trailed sprayer range consists of:

Vicon iXtrack T3 Trailed Sprayer: With tank capacities of 2600 and 3200 litres and two different boom types (HSA and HSS) offering widths from 18 to 30 metres.
Vicon iXtrack T4 Trailed Sprayer: With tank capacities of 3400, 4000 and 4600 litres and two different boom types (HSA and HSS) offering widths from 18 to 40 metres.

The HSS spray boom is designed for professional use as the triangular construction provides perfect integration of the stainless steel spray lines, nozzles and nozzle holders and the optimal hose routing where all is well protected, and the HSA spray boom offers efficient protection of the nozzle holders within the bottom profile.
